No parole for rapists and terrorists in Maharshtra State

The Maharashtra State home department led by CM Devendra Fadnavis,on Wednesday,31-08-2016 amended the prisons rules to provide for a complete ban on parole or furlough for rape convicts,terrorists and others involved in heinous crimes.
